We strive to produce the best tasting, most nutritious eggs you can buy.  We raise our laying hens on pasture.  Our laying hens are soy-free organic feed and regularly rotated to new pasture to provide access to bugs and greens.  Pastured eggs are higher in many vitamins like Vitamin E, Vitamin D, Beta-Carotene, Omega-3 Fatty Acids and retinol.  Pastured eggs also are more flavorful and have a deeper orange colored yolk.
